Protea Electronics repairs all makes of walkie talkie two way radios including license free types. Repairs should be sent to the address on the "Repair Request Form" which can be downloaded by clicking on the link above. If you are not able to print the form, please ensure you include your name, return address, phone number and email address. It is also a good idea to tell us what accessories you are including with the repair(s) and a brief description of the fault(s). Repairs are carried out on a fixed price repair (FPR) basis, a copy of our price list can be downloaded on the link above.
Once the equipment has been repaired we will send a payment request to the email address you have provided. You can pay this using any debit or credit card and once this has been received the equipment will be dispatched back to the address you provide. Educational departments, businesses, leisure centers and other Companies can pay via BACS or cheque on terms to be discussed
